Shipping: Shipping will be estimated in the shopping cart. Your invoice total will be adjusted once the order has been packed and weighed to determine actual shipping cost. I will send you an email with the actual amount. The charges in the cart are estimated.
Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. We do not accept COD.
Damaged Shipments: Please call 716-450-3025 at once, if your product is damaged during shipping or email lightbringer@shades-etc.com.
Returns: Please check your product upon arrival. No product should be returned without first getting approval from Shades ETC.
